- Due to the high performance nature of the items we sell there are no returns on any opened or electronic merchandise(electronic speed controls, batteries, chargers, motors, etc.). No returns, without written authorization, or after 30 days. No returns or refunds on items we have marked as discontinued, clearance, close out or are no longer available on our web site
- Defects found after the product has been used will be handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty, and the corresponding manufacturer will handle any problems for you directly.
- Any missing or Defective Parts will be handled directly from the Manufacture. RC Hobbies is not responsible for warranty repair or replacement. All warranty, defective or replacement merchandise will be handled by the manufacture.
- If the item you wish to return is malfunctioned/not operational, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Manufacturers insist on handling the defective product directly. Please call for further assistance
- When ordering parts, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the parts ordered will fit your model. Please refer to the manufacturer before placing an order or call so we can answer your question to the best of our capability.
- We will not be held liable or responsible for any mishandling, misuse or neglect of products purchased at RC Hobbies that results in personal injuries, harm to others, or damage of any sort.
