- In order to keep fraud at a minimum we can only ship orders where the billing and shipping address match
- We will only ship within the Continental United States. No orders will be accepted from outside the Continental United States or Internationally.
- Items purchased will be shipped within 1-3 business days
- If you think that your package has been lost in transit please notify use and we will try to track the shipment. We will contact the shipper and try to resolve the situation.
-If a shipment arrives at your door with apparent shipping damage, please refuse the delivery. If you have already accepted delivery and then discovered shipping damage, please contact us immediately. Save all packaging material and paperwork, do not throw anything away! If you attempt to return the merchandise yourself, you will jeopardize the chance of making a claim, and you may not receive credit for the return.
- Defects found after the product has been used will be handled based on the manufacturer’s warranty, and the corresponding manufacturer will handle any problems for you directly.
- Any missing or Defective Parts will be handled directly from the Manufacture. RC Hobbies is not responsible for warranty repair or replacement. All warranty, defective or replacement merchandise will be handled by the manufacture.
- If the item you wish to return is malfunctioned/not operational, but has no apparent damage, it is considered defective. Manufacturers insist on handling the defective product directly. Please call for further assistance
- When ordering parts, it is the customer's responsibility to make sure that the parts ordered will fit your model. Please refer to the manufacturer before placing an order or call so we can answer your question to the best of our capability.
- *Returns* Items must be new and unused condition. We cannot and will not return used merchandise. They must contain all original boxes, packaging, paperwork etc. etc. Items will be shipped back by purchaser (we suggest a form where it may be tracked and a signature such as UPS or Fed Ex) once item is received we will inspect the item for any missing or damaged items. There is a 10% restocking fee on all returns.
